The combination of peaceful surroundings, relaxed welcoming accommodation and delicious healthy food ensures your guests will have a truly relaxing and memorable experience.

Ardmay House is available exclusively for you to hire for your next retreat.

We take care of all the logistics including accommodation and housekeeping, plant-based catering or
catering of your choice where our in-house practical nutritionist will discuss your specific requirements to suit you and your group.

​

By arrangement, we can offer breathwork and mindfulness sessions with Performance Breathworks and are perfectly located for cold water immersion in Loch Long which is just a few steps from the front door.

​

Based in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park we can offer guided mindful walks and canoeing sessions.

For the more adventurous there are mountain runs.

Transport can be organised for airport or rail station pick ups, prices on request.

Our aim is to support your retreat by allowing you to focus on your clients and the programme you

are running.

Included as standard is: 

Accommodation for up to 20 guests - 4 double, 4 twin and 4 single rooms
Separate accommodation for the course leader and trainers (3 twin rooms)

Daily Housekeeping

Plant based catering and menus - 3 healthy meals each day 
Full and exclusive use of the facilities
