We are delighted to collaborate with wellbeing practitioners and trainers to offer you the perfect dedicated managed venue for your next group retreat.

The combination of peaceful surroundings, relaxed welcoming accommodation and delicious healthy food ensures your guests will have a truly relaxing and memorable experience.
Ardmay House is available exclusively for you to hire for your next retreat.

We take care of all the logistics including accommodation and housekeeping, plant-based catering or
catering of your choice where our in-house practical nutritionist will discuss your specific requirements to suit you and your group.
​
We offer breathwork and mindfulness sessions with Performance Breathworks and are perfectly located for cold water immersion in Loch Long which is just a few steps from the front door.
​
Based in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park we offer guided mindful walks and canoeing sessions.
For the more adventurous there are mountain runs.
Transport can be organised for airport or rail station pick ups.

Our aim is to support your retreat by allowing you to focus on your clients and the programme you
are running.

Included in the cost is:
Accommodation for up to 20 guests - 4 double, 4 twin and 4 single rooms
Separate accommodation for the course leader and trainers (3 twin rooms)
Daily Housekeeping
Plant based catering and menus - 3 healthy meals each day
Complimentary toiletries from luxury Scottish brand Siabann
Full and exclusive use of the facilities
Welcome gathering for your group
Up to 3 sessions from Performance Breathworks/Margaret Ritchie Practical Nutrition Coach to suit your programme. Options include: Indoor Breathwork, Flow in Nature, Canoeing on Loch Long, Mindful Forest Walk, Healthy Cookery Demo, Practical Nutrition Workshop

2 days, 1 night: £250 per person (min. 10 guests)
3 days, 2 nights: £350 per person (min. 10 guests)
